I rebuilt their Google and YouTube paid media from the ground up: audience segmentation, creative testing frameworks, YouTube-specific bidding strategies, and a clean campaign architecture that could scale without margin erosion. On the email side, I implemented a full lifecycle automation system — from welcome through win-back — and drove significant improvements in open rates and per-subscriber revenue.

BoneCoach
