Barton Publishing

Barton Publishing had solid products and a loyal email list — but their paid acquisition was underperforming, and their email program lacked the automation infrastructure to maximize list value. I was brought in to solve both.

I rebuilt their Google and YouTube paid media from the ground up: audience segmentation, creative testing frameworks, YouTube-specific bidding strategies, and a clean campaign architecture that could scale without margin erosion. On the email side, I implemented a full lifecycle automation system — from welcome through win-back — and drove significant improvements in open rates and per-subscriber revenue.

BoneCoach

Kevin Ellis founded BoneCoach with a clear audience and a strong product, but no paid acquisition infrastructure. I built the Google Ads program from zero — account structure, keyword strategy, landing page recommendations, and tracking architecture — and drove subscriber growth the brand had never seen in its early lifecycle.

The key was treating paid acquisition as a full-funnel problem, not a keywords problem. By connecting the ad to the landing page to the email sequence, each conversion had maximum lifetime value from day one.
